Like staying somewhere with character and quirky features?
With the new owners and hosts having recently given the whole place a thorough reworking and redecoration, what you’ve got here is a bright, colourful and style-rich space in which up to 6 of you can relax and enjoy a variety of homely comforts.
The main living space invites you to reach for the remote and kick back on the sofa, maybe to enjoy show or series on the flat screen TV.
There’s also a dining table in here, but don’t save it for meals – use it for games, work, whatever you need to.
Adjacent to this area is the kitchen, with plenty of storage space for your favourite foods, plus appliances that will ensure you can make meals or snacks any time of day you fancy. There’s also extra seating space at the breakfast bar.
But undoubtedly the most distinctive feature is the wooden staircase. Go on up up up and explore. You’ll find access to the home’s 2 bedrooms, one a traditional room with double bed, the other is a mezzanine style room with another double bed.
Last word goes to the bathroom which, like the rest of the house, has had a facelift and presents all guests with a clean, stylish and inviting space in which to freshen up.
Stay here and you will benefit from being able to call on the skills and experience of a host team who know how to make guests from all over the world really feel welcome. The team manages a broad portfolio of properties in the South West of England, so they know the Plymouth area really well. They will quickly and effectively respond to any requests or questions you might have, to ensure your stay in this Plymouth home for 6 is as effortless and enjoyable as possible.
This 2 bed house is located close to the popular Royal William Yard, a Plymouth development that offers places to stay, work and relax. Discover amazing bars, cafes, coffee shops and restaurants with al fresco dining right on your doorstep. Enjoy the exhibits in the galleries, browse the shops, and enjoy a wide range of events, including regular markets, theatre and circus performances, live music and outdoor film screenings. Locals call it the Yard. Staying here means you’ll be able to call it your near neighbour.
But of course there’s even more to Plymouth, and staying here gives you easy access to the rest of the area’s attractions, including (in no particular order)
Plymouth Hoe (location for more year-round events and entertainment)
Plymouth City Centre
Local business district
The convenient location of this 2 bed Plymouth house for rent means there are plenty of things to do within easy walking distance. But there’s also the option to use local bus or taxi services to get you where you need to go.
Plymouth also has a coach and train station from where you can catch road and rail services to a variety of destinations in Devon, Cornwall and the rest of the UK.
If you’re arriving from overseas, or you’re planning a trip to the European mainland after you’ve stayed here, it’s worth knowing that you can catch seasonal ferry services from Plymouth to France and northern Spain. Taking the boat can certainly make a refreshing change from flying!
