Called The Nutshell, its a recently refurbished property that’s ideal for couples, colleagues, friends and family. Let’s start in the spacious lounge, its big bay window flooding the room with light and its high ceilings contributing to a real sense of space. There’s a TV and sofa in here that invite you to kick off your shoes and really make yourself at home amid comfy surroundings that include a fireplace and prints on the wall.
The kitchen / dining room is next door, where you’ll find all the appliances you’ve got at home – so everything you need to cook meals and clean clothes. There’s space for 4 at the dining table, where you can enjoy whatever’s been created in the smart kitchen or use the table as a quiet space to get some work done.
Through double doors from the kitchen is the bonus of outside patio space with seating, somewhere else you can escape to during your stay. Back inside and one last room on the ground floor you need to know about is the bathroom which invites you to relax in the tub at the end of a busy day.
Heading up to the first floor, you’ll find another WC with wash basin, before you reach the landing with doors to the three bedrooms. All have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Two feature double beds, the other a single.
Last but certainly not least, up another level you’ll find a loft that’s been converted into another area featuring a sofa that converts into a small double bed, ideal for whoever in your party enjoys their own space. The window in here folds right open so you can really let the light and air into this room at the top of the house.
Your hosts are pleased to offer their 3 bedroom Plymouth apartment to you and your fellow guests for the duration of your stay. You’ll have full and exclusive use of all 3 floors of the house, plus the outside space at the back. There is also free on-road parking on the street outside that’s available on a first come, first served basis.

Your hosts have plenty of experience of welcoming guests to Devon and the West Country, so expect to be well looked after throughout your stay. This 3 bedroom house is located in the Lipson area of Plymouth which is just to the east of the town centre. It is situated in a largely residential area that grants you easy access to all the retail stores in Plymouth and is also close to the university and main railway station.
Whether it’s work or something a bit more relaxing that’s bringing you to Plymouth and Devon, you will enjoy the convenient location of the house.

Smeatons Tower Lighthouse
With free street parking available outside the house, bringing a car is definitely a good option as it will give you the freedom to explore the area at your own pace. But having a car is by no means essential as you will be able to catch buses or order taxis that will be able to take you where you need to go.
One other feature of Plymouth that’s well worth mentioning is the fact that at certain times of the year, you can catch ferries from the port of Plymouth that will take you directly to destinations in France and northern Spain.
